Bridging data gaps
Imagined Futures Partnership is a collective impact, place-based partnership in the South West Metropolitan region of WA, dedicated to driving meaningful change. One of their greatest challenges is accessing the right data to inform solutions for complex issues and effectively measure the impact of our work. The Australian Child and Youth Wellbeing Atlas helps bridge this gap by curating a rich collection of data, thoughtfully structured for clarity, accessibility, and action.
To strengthen their approach, the Partnership are adopting the Australian Research Alliance for Children and Young People's evidence-based Nest Wellbeing Framework, ensuring a unified and strategic effort to improve outcomes for young people. With the Atlas presenting data aligned to each wellbeing domain, it equips the Partnership with the essential tools to foster environments where children and young people can truly thrive.
