  • By participating in the logo competition, participants agree to release the rights of their submitted artwork to be interpreted or manipulated by a professional graphic design team. This team will apply the winning logo onto branding collateral, such as promotional materials, merchandise, online platforms, and any other relevant mediums, to promote health and wellbeing initiatives. Participants understand that the interpretation and application of the logo onto branding collateral may involve resizing, colour adjustments, and other modifications necessary for optimal reproduction and integration into various formats.

    While efforts will be made to maintain the integrity and essence of the original artwork, participants acknowledge that the professional graphic design team may exercise creative judgement to adapt the logo for different purposes and applications. The organisers will ensure that the modified logo remains faithful to the original concept and intent of the participant's artwork.

    Any significant alterations or departures from the original design will be communicated with the participant, and their approval will be sought whenever feasible.

    Participants will not be entitled to any additional compensation or royalties beyond the prizes and rewards specified in the competition brief for the use of their logo on branding collateral. By submitting their artwork, participants confirm that they have read and understood this additional clause regarding the rights for logo interpretation and application.
